Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your data

Gama Translations LLC respects your right to control your personal information. You may request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it — including any information we received through Facebook Login or Google Sign-In — at any time.

To request deletion, do either of the following:

1. Email us. Send a message to support@gamatranslations.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name so we can locate your account.

2. Revoke app access. You may also remove Gama Translations' access from your Facebook account settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) or your Google account settings (Security → Third-party access), and then send us a deletion request as above to have the associated data on our systems deleted.

What happens next

• We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
• Within a reasonable period (and within any timeframe required by applicable law), we will delete the personal information associated with your account, including data obtained through Facebook Login or Google Sign-In.
• We may retain limited information where we are required or permitted to do so by law (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes). Such information is retained only as long as necessary and then deleted.
• We will confirm to you when the deletion has been completed.
